Company Formation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Company Formation Specialist to act as a subject‑matter expert for entrepreneurs, startups and corporates looking to establish entities in the UAE. You will guide clients through every step of the incorporation process, ensuring compliance and a premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of company formation, from trade name reservation to final licence issuance.
• Advise clients on the optimal jurisdiction (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) and appropriate licensing activities.
• Liaise with government bodies, free‑zone authorities and notarisation offices to secure approvals.
• Support post‑incorporation activities such as corporate bank account opening, visa processing and establishment card registration.
• Conduct KYC and AML checks to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain proactive client communication, provide milestone updates and handle renewals or restructuring.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of direct experience in company formation or corporate services within the UAE market.
• In‑depth knowledge of Mainland and Free‑Zone regulations, costs, timelines and compliance requirements.
• Established relationships with government officials and free‑zone representatives are a strong advantage.
• Excellent cross‑cultural communication and consultative selling abilities.

Required skills

• Drafting commercial contracts and legal documents (MOA, AOA, Power of Attorney).
• Navigating government online portals for licence applications and approvals.
• Performing KYC and AML compliance checks.
