Competitive Takeout & Growth Specialist – EMEA

About the role

Join SAP Fieldglass as a Competitive Takeout & Growth Specialist supporting the EMEA region. You will work closely with sales, partners and customers to drive pipeline growth, win competitive deals and strengthen SAP Fieldglass positioning across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Assist sales teams in positioning SAP Fieldglass against competitors, handling objections and articulating business value.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to identify and support regional demand‑generation campaigns.
• Develop and localise competitive playbooks, battlecards and training materials for the EMEA market.
• Provide competitive insights for partner‑led opportunities and align on deal strategy.
• Participate in customer meetings to reinforce competitive positioning and value realization.
• Contribute to win‑room discussions for complex deals, delivering insights and execution support.
• Coordinate with Sales, CSMs, Product and Adoption teams to ensure alignment of competitive strategies.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise software sales support, competitive intelligence or customer success, preferably in VMS, HCM or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and competitive dynamics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and the ability to synthesize insights into actionable guidance.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
• Saudi national preferred due to Saudisation requirements.
