MIS Executive – Aftersales Systems Support

About the role

The MIS Executive will support the Aftersales department by providing frontline system solutions, maintaining master data, and optimizing processes to drive revenue. The role focuses on SAP issue resolution and package maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist branch service staff, answering queries and resolving system issues within 48 hours.
• Liaise with Aftersales, Finance and EIT to efficiently resolve cross‑departmental issues.
• Manage PDI package creation, modification and alignment with approved pricing.
• Prepare and maintain DIO accessories packages for required models.
• Support campaign rollouts, handling package uploads and system management throughout the campaign.
• Upload Service Advisor shifts and technician schedules to ensure smooth appointment booking.
• Resolve WIP and special discount issues while maintaining system accuracy.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma holder, preferably with automotive experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including pricing analyst or assistant roles.
• Mandatory aftersales experience in the automotive sector.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP IS AUTO.
• Data warehousing and data quality management.
