Concept Interior Design Manager – Hospitality & Special Projects

About the role

Studio 360, the creative and technical engine behind Azizi Developments, is seeking a Concept Interior Design Manager to lead the creative vision for high‑end residential, hospitality and special projects. You will transform client aspirations into distinctive, innovative design concepts that are commercially successful.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual development and design strategy from inception through concept approval.
• Oversee spatial planning, material selection, and FF&E direction.
• Create compelling presentations, mood boards, concept packages and high‑quality visual communications.
• Collaborate with clients, operators, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design quality and narrative alignment.
• Mentor designers, facilitate design workshops and guide the team in producing creative deliverables.
• Communicate and defend design ideas to senior stakeholders and clients.

Required profile

• Exceptional conceptual design ability and creative leadership.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• Deep understanding of luxury residential and hospitality design trends, user experience and spatial planning.
• Proven ability to inspire and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
• Confidence in communicating design rationale to senior stakeholders.
