Concierge - BVLGARI Resort Dubai

About the role

BVLGARI Resort Dubai is looking for a Concierge to handle guest requests for special arrangements and services such as transportation, reservations and dry cleaning, and to act as the first point of contact for guests' needs and questions.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange special requests and identify suitable providers, and follow up until guests are satisfied
• Gather and share information about the property and local amenities, including special events and activities
• Answer, record and process guest calls, messages, requests and concerns, contacting the right departments to resolve them
• Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety and guest well-being
• Review shift logs and daily memo books and document information in logbooks
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to the manager and complete safety training and certifications
• Welcome guests, assist people with disabilities and maintain confidentiality and professional appearance
• Stand, sit or walk for long periods and lift objects of up to 10 pounds

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related or supervisory experience required
• No license or certification needed
