Concierge Supervisor (Female)

About the role

Accor is hiring a female Concierge Supervisor for its Novotel & Ibis Gate Abu Dhabi property. The role leads and supervises the bell staff, doormen and valet parking team, and ensures smooth guest assistance and lobby operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and schedule bell staff for efficient operation, and mentor them on service standards
• Ensure timely luggage delivery and guest escort services
• Coordinate with the front desk on guest requests
• Oversee cleanliness and functionality of the lobby area
• Implement, coordinate and supervise the Bellmen, Doormen and valet parking team
• Handle issuance of guest room key cards and ensure effective control for guest security
• Arrange guest transportation requests such as limousine service, shuttle bus and car rental, coordinating with the hotel's rent-a-car agent
• Maintain proper grooming and show full cooperation and respect within the team and other departments
• Stay aware of daily activities and know the hotel facilities

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in bell services with leadership duties
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of local attractions and services
• Fluency in Arabic and English; an additional language is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Experience is an asset; prior experience with related systems is also valued
