About the role
The Concierge Supervisor at The Abu Dhabi EDITION ensures guests receive exceptional service by handling special requests, providing local information, and coordinating with internal teams. This role supports both guest satisfaction and team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry cleaning and other special services.
- Gather and provide information about property amenities, local events and activities.
- Log and process all guest communications, coordinating with Bell, Housekeeping and other departments to resolve issues.
- Prioritize and resolve outstanding requests from previous shifts.
- Monitor office inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any reported theft.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching staff.
- Maintain compliance with safety, appearance and confidentiality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related concierge experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
