Concierge Supervisor – Residential Hospitality

About the role

The Concierge Supervisor at W Residences leads the concierge team in delivering personalized guest services for residential guests and club lounge patrons. This role coordinates special requests, manages guest communications, and ensures a seamless, high‑quality experience throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, coordinating with appropriate providers.
• Gather and provide information about property amenities, local attractions, events, and activities.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and concerns, routing them to the relevant department (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping).
• Monitor club lounge seating, service, safety, and guest well‑being, and maintain accurate shift logs.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management and complete required safety training.
• Uphold company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect confidential information and company assets.
• Support team members, develop positive working relationships, and address employee concerns.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
