Construction Manager – Interior Fit‑Out (UAE National)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead interior fit‑out projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and design coordination to on‑site execution and handover. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise all phases of interior fit‑out construction projects.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and site personnel to achieve efficient delivery.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, building codes, health & safety requirements, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders for clear communication throughout the project.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• UAE National (with Family Book).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 10‑12 years of construction management experience, with strong exposure to interior fit‑out projects.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering them successfully.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Ability to review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety compliance and quality assurance processes.
