Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead planning, execution and supervision of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project execution strategies, schedules and resource plans; monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee daily site operations, manage manpower, materials and equipment, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Implement QA/QC procedures, enforce HSE policies and conduct regular inspections and audits.
• Coordinate contract administration, variation orders, progress billing and cost control.
• Act as primary contact for clients, consultants and authorities, providing accurate project updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts and project controls.
