About the role

Ignite Selection is seeking a Safety Officer to join a fast‑track building construction project in Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining a safe work environment by monitoring site conditions, identifying hazards and ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the implementation of construction health and safety procedures.
• Prepare and submit safety reports and incident documentation.
• Collaborate with site managers and contractors to promote safe work practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction safety.
• Current residence in the UAE and ability to join within 15 days.
• Demonstrated knowledge of UAE site safety regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
