Construction Superintendent – Storage Tanks

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead the construction of storage tank facilities on a large‑scale PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on projects involving NGL and gas processing plants and requires strong oversight of EPC and detail‑engineering activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all on‑site construction activities for storage tank projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, detail‑engineering teams, and project managers to align construction work with design specifications.
• Monitor progress against budgets and milestones for mega‑scale oil & gas projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and client standards throughout the construction phase.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 + years of experience in the oil & gas sector.
• Proven track record on mega FEED/EPC projects valued over US$1 billion.
• Hands‑on experience with EPC and detail‑engineering projects.
• Specific experience in NGL and gas processing plant construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
