Consultant – Energy Transition

About the role

Guidehouse is seeking a Consultant to join its Energy Transition practice in the UAE. You will work with energy and utility clients to develop and implement decarbonisation strategies, improve system resilience, and drive sustainable business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop client solutions on decarbonisation pathways for transport, industry, heat, electricity and water networks.
• Conduct industry research, engage stakeholders, and prepare high‑quality deliverables and presentations.
• Synthesise data into clear analyses, provide fact‑based recommendations, and draft summary reports.
• Support implementation planning for recommended solutions.
• Assist in client proposal development and business development activities.
• Collaborate with global Guidehouse teams, including public sector and sustainability specialists.

Required profile

• Proactive team‑player comfortable working in diverse, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Critical thinker with strong attention to detail and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to collect, organise, and analyse data effectively.
