HSEQ Specialist

About the role

The HSEQ Specialist will promote a strong Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality culture across operations, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards and supporting a safe, sustainable work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and improve HSEQ policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, and drive corrective actions.
• Support incident investigations and ensure preventive measures.
• Maintain HSEQ and ISO documentation for audit readiness.
• Deliver inductions and training to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Collaborate on Permit to Work processes and high‑risk activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety & Environment or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HSE experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• NEBOSH or OSHA certification is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Advanced Excel skills.
