Consultant in Fetal Medicine – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant in Fetal Medicine to provide expert diagnosis, assessment and management of fetal conditions and high‑risk pregnancies in a modern, state‑of‑the‑art facility in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced fetal imaging, including detailed anomaly scans, fetal echocardiography and growth assessments.
• Provide prenatal counseling to expectant parents regarding conditions, prognosis and management options.
• Supervise or conduct invasive prenatal diagnostic procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling.
• Carry out fetal therapeutic interventions, including fetal blood transfusions and fetoscopic procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and specialty training in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Fellowship or certification in Fetal Medicine from a recognized international body.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Consultant in Fetal Medicine in a reputable tertiary care hospital.
• Western education or experience in a recognized healthcare system (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or equivalent).
• Eligibility for a valid DHA, DOH or MOH Consultant licence and fluency in English.
