Consultant Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Specialist – Dubai (Tax-Free)

About the role

We are seeking a Board‑certified Consultant in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation to lead our expanding rehabilitation and pain‑management division in a state‑of‑the‑art, JCI‑accredited facility in Dubai. You will deliver advanced, multidisciplinary care to an international patient base, shaping integrated treatment pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage musculoskeletal, neurological and functional impairments.
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs for stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, chronic pain and sports injuries.
• Perform interventional procedures such as joint injections, nerve blocks and ultrasound‑guided treatments.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and pain specialists.
• Monitor functional outcomes, adjust plans and provide post‑operative rehabilitation guidance.
• Lead pain‑management strategies, including minimally invasive approaches.
• Educate patients and families on recovery pathways and preventive care.
• Maintain clinical documentation in line with DHA and international standards.

Required profile

• Board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (ABPMR, UK CCT, European Board, Canadian/Australian Fellowship, Arab Board, FCPS, MD/DNB/FNB, etc.).
• Minimum 3–5 years post‑board clinical experience.
• Eligibility for DHA licensure or an active DHA license.
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary rehabilitation and pain‑management settings.
