About the role
Mediclinic Al Jowhara Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in the Operating Theatre, delivering patient‑centric, evidence‑based care in a fast‑paced surgical environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and legislation.
- Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
- Support positive patient experiences and contribute to a learning environment by mentoring and coaching junior staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with a valid BLS and ACLS certificate.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience in the home country; three years recent experience as a main scrub nurse in a hospital theatre preferred.
- Basic Arabic language skills and fluent English communication.
Required skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
