Consultant Radiologist

About the role

A leading healthcare facility in the UAE is looking for an experienced Consultant Radiologist to provide expert diagnostic imaging services, interpret radiological findings and support clinical teams in diagnosing and managing a wide range of conditions. The position is on-site in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, ultrasound, CT scans and MRI.
• Provide accurate and timely radiology reports to support clinical decision-making.
• Perform image-guided diagnostic and interventional procedures where applicable.
• Collaborate with clinicians and other specialists on imaging findings and patient management.
• Identify urgent and critical findings and report them promptly to the treating team.
• Ensure appropriate imaging protocols and radiation safety practices.
• Maintain accurate diagnostic records and uphold high standards of reporting quality.
• Support junior radiologists and contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/DNB in Radiology or an equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification.
• Significant post-specialization experience at Consultant level.
• Experience interpreting a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies.
