Consultant – Tourism & Culture Advisory (Capital Projects)

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant to join our Capital Projects & Construction practice, focusing on tourism and culture advisory. You will design and implement target operating models, lead business process improvement initiatives, and engage with government and client stakeholders across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement target operating models for portfolio, program, engineering and project management functions.
• Develop organizational structures, SOPs, templates and process maps to support model adoption.
• Lead end‑to‑end process improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, mapping current workflows and redesigning for scalability.
• Create standardized policies, monitor performance via KPIs and dashboards, and drive data‑based decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with government entities and clients, facilitating workshops, presentations and strategic discussions.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for executive committees and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4+ years experience in real estate, tourism and culture projects in the GCC/Middle East.
• Proven experience designing operating models and improving processes.
• Experience with Big‑Four consulting firms is desirable.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt a plus).
• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
