Content Creator – Videography, Photography & Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a versatile content creator who can both shoot and manage content from concept to performance. Based in Dubai, you will work on‑site across the UAE, handling video, photography and social‑media strategy for multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Create and shoot video and photos for social media, ads and websites, covering products, people, spaces, events and behind‑the‑scenes.
• Edit short‑form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with strong hooks, pacing, sound and colour.
• Plan shoots – develop concepts, shot lists, locations, talent and schedules.
• Transform each shoot into a full content plan with multiple formats, cut‑downs and a posting calendar.
• Write captions, scripts and hooks that match each brand’s voice and run the content calendar across several accounts.
• Track performance metrics (reach, saves, watch time, leads) and optimise future content.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional content creation experience.
• Strong videography and photography skills – framing, lighting, audio and camera movement.
• Advanced editing proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve and image editing in Lightroom or Photoshop.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Own gear (camera, lenses, lighting, mics, gimbal) and a UAE driving licence are preferred.
