Content Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Content Operations Coordinator manages, structures and coordinates all content requests across the organization. Acting as the central point of contact between the Image Team in Paris and internal stakeholders in Dubai and other regions, the role ensures consistency and on‑time delivery of content productions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the content request tool, qualify incoming requests and define deliverables, formats and timelines in coordination with relevant teams.
• Support alignment on priorities and timelines across Marketing, Development and other departments.
• Contribute to overall planning of the Image team, allocate traffic based on priorities and capacity, track project progress and flag risks or delays.
• Maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system: upload, tag and structure assets, ensure data quality and accessibility.
• Support budget tracking by monitoring purchase orders, invoices and production costs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in content operations, traffic management or project management.
• Background in a content, creative or image team; experience in luxury, beauty or fashion is a plus.
• Fluency in English and French.

• Strong organizational and prioritisation abilities.
• Proficiency with project management and workflow tools.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems (preferred).
