Contracts Manager

About the role

The Contracts Manager will lead the administration and management of EPC/FEED contracts for major oil and gas projects in Abu Dhabi. This senior position ensures compliance with HSSE goals, contractual obligations, and project execution strategies while coordinating with project, procurement, and materials teams.

Key responsibilities

• Champion project safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and contract procedures.
• Review and administer EPC/FEED contract baselines, requirements, and change orders, including performance and bank guarantees.
• Coordinate kick‑off meetings, manage insurance compliance, and monitor potential loss or damage claims.
• Prepare monthly subcontract and contract administration reports for the owner and project management team.
• Oversee contract close‑out procedures, warranty compliance, and final account certification.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 + years of oil & gas experience, including at least 5 years in GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory) and prior experience in PMC roles on international projects.
• Proven experience in FEED and EPC contract administration, preferably with ADNOC.
