Contracts Manager

About the role

CTG, a human resources and staffing solutions provider operating in 35 countries, is hiring a Contracts Manager in Dubai. The role oversees contracts from project mobilisation through to ongoing performance monitoring, ensuring contractual commitments are understood and integrated into service delivery. It works closely with Operations and Account Managers, supports business development with client intelligence, and reports to the Director of Operational Excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transition from signed commercial agreements to project implementation, own the Project Mobilisation Procedure and review and finalise project charters
• Translate contract terms into service delivery KPIs and SLAs, and communicate them to all stakeholders
• Monitor contract performance against KPIs, SLAs and deliverables, act as focal point for contractual escalations and lead client feedback surveys
• Maintain the Project Contract Value Tracker and an up-to-date contract register, tracking obligations, milestones, amendments, expiries and renewals
• Gather client intelligence and support Business Development in identifying renewal and expansion opportunities
• Prepare monthly contract performance reports and document lessons learned
• Perform due diligence on partners and vendors, and own the supplier management process

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Relations, Contract Management or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in contract management, project management or commercial operations, preferably in international organisations
• At least 3 years of experience in an international environment
• Fluent English
