Contracts Manager – Power & Energy Infrastructure

About the role

Terracotta is recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager for a leading power and energy infrastructure organization in the UAE. The role involves strategic contract management, governance and commercial support across major capital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee contract governance and portfolio performance for major infrastructure projects, ensuring sponsor protections through risk monitoring and escalation.
• Act as interim Project Company Contract Manager, handling the full contract lifecycle, including notices, claims, compliance and dispute support.
• Support business and project development by reviewing EPC term sheets, assessing risk allocation, and contributing to project bankability analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law or related field.
• 15+ years of contract management experience on large‑scale infrastructure or energy projects, with recent EPC contract administration.
• Extensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims management, variations and dispute resolution.
• Experience representing owners, developers or sponsors and supporting executive‑level decision making.
