Conveyancer

About the role

Driven Properties, a leading real‑estate brokerage in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to manage the legal side of property transactions. You will ensure a smooth conveyancing process for clients while complying with UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review sale and purchase agreements, tenancy contracts and related legal documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence to identify risks and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, agents and stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.
• Facilitate ownership transfer, manage fund transfers and liaise with banks.
• Provide legal advice on property transactions and stay updated on law changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• UAE driving licence.
• Minimum 1 year of conveyancing experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real‑estate laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Arabic speaking is a strong advantage.
