Legal Manager

About the role

ADG is seeking a versatile Legal Manager to join its Dubai office and help formalize the company’s international presence, manage multi‑regional legal structures, and protect commercial interests across diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements with global customers and technology partners, ensuring alignment with ADG’s service models.
• Lead the legal setup, registration and compliance of new entities across Africa, the Middle East and Europe, including upcoming offices in Monaco, Tanzania and the UK.
• Develop and maintain corporate policies, advise leadership on legal risks related to data analytics, AI and cybersecurity, and create frameworks for data privacy and cross‑border transfers.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of corporate law experience, preferably in technology consulting or IT services.
• Strong knowledge of legal frameworks in the Middle East and Africa; European market experience is a plus.
• Law degree from a recognized institution and admission to the bar or equivalent professional legal certification.
