Coordinator / Operations Team Leader – Bakery Equipment

About the role

The company is looking for a Coordinator / Operations Team Leader to oversee bakery equipment operations and maintenance in Sharjah. The role involves managing daily activities, supervising technical staff, and ensuring timely resolution of client service requests, including 24/7 support when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily bakery‑equipment operations and maintenance tasks.
• Supervise technical staff, allocate work, and monitor task completion.
• Handle client calls, service requests, and operational concerns.
• Organise troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment‑related issues.
• Communicate professionally with clients, technical teams, and management.
• Prepare, send and manage professional emails using Microsoft Outlook.
• Follow up promptly to ensure effective resolution of technical and operational issues.
• Provide support outside standard hours as required.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience with hot and cold bakery equipment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and coordinate teams.
• Strong problem‑solving and client‑service orientation.
• Willingness to handle calls and operational matters on a 24/7 basis.
• Previous experience in bakery equipment maintenance or operations is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
