Supervisor - Maintenance Planning & Technical Records

About the role

Air Arabia is seeking a Supervisor to develop, implement and oversee maintenance action plans and manage the aircraft technical library and records. The role ensures cost‑effective forecasting and timely delivery of maintenance events in line with Air Arabia, GCAA and CAMO requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor short, medium and long‑term maintenance strategies and forecasts supporting base, line, network and customer airlines.
• Partner with maintenance, operations and network planning stakeholders to create detailed maintenance plans, budgets, rosters and work packages.
• Maintain and control the technical library, ensuring all documentation, manuals and certificates are updated, published and archived both manually and on systems.
• Provide management reports, coordinate special engineering projects and guide a team of engineers and technicians.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Aircraft Engineering, Aeronautical, Aerospace, Electro‑Mechanical or equivalent; Project Management certification or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in aviation, with at least 5 years in aircraft maintenance planning and technical records control; experience with Airbus A320 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CAMO, GCAA/EASA regulations, aircraft planning systems and quality assurance practices.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineers and technicians in a dynamic environment.
