Corporate Associate (NQ-2 PQE) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Associate (NQ-2 PQE) to join our international Corporate practice in Dubai. The role involves advising a diverse, cross‑border client base on high‑value corporate and commercial transactions across the UAE, GCC, UK and other jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear, commercial legal advice on corporate governance, private capital, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, shareholders' agreements, LLP members' agreements, partnership agreements and related constitutional documents.
• Coordinate due‑diligence teams, review corporate and commercial documents, and compile reports identifying key issues.
• Undertake corporate reorganisation, restructuring and group restructuring work.
• Support investment advisory mandates, including share‑rights and co‑investment agreements.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with NQ‑2 post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Demonstrated experience in corporate and commercial transactions, preferably with cross‑border elements.
• Ability to manage a substantial workload efficiently with appropriate supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with international offices and external counsel.
