Legal Consultant – Digital Assets & Structured Products

About the role

Axiom is seeking a Legal Consultant with experience in digital assets or ECM/structured products to support a global fintech client. The role is remote and involves advising on innovative equity‑linked products across the capital markets spectrum.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice for equities and structured/innovative products throughout design, launch, enhancement and exit phases.
• Draft, review and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements and partner contracts.
• Collaborate with product, business, marketing and operations teams across multiple jurisdictions to structure initiatives and manage legal risk.
• Manage external counsel, contribute to internal guidance and training, and develop scalable legal processes and templates.

Required profile

• 5‑12+ years post‑qualification experience in structured products, ECM, derivatives or broader capital markets, either in‑house or private practice.
• Experience with cryptocurrency, digital assets or tokenisation products.
• Ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams.
