Corporate Lawyer – Senior Associate

About the role

We are partnering with a top‑tier international law firm in Dubai to recruit an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its Corporate M&A team. The successful candidate will work on complex domestic and cross‑border transactions for multinational corporations, private equity sponsors, government‑owned entities and high‑net‑worth investors.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on domestic and cross‑border M&A transactions, private‑equity investments, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.
• Lead and support transactions from inception to completion, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Coordinate multi‑jurisdictional matters and provide general corporate advisory services.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law.
• Strong corporate law background with ability to develop client relationships.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills and ability to work in a busy environment.
• Team player with a technically excellent approach.
