About the role
A leading US law firm is expanding its Abu Dhabi practice and seeks an NQ‑2 corporate associate. The role provides exposure to high‑value regional and cross‑border transactions with sovereign wealth funds, government entities, and international corporates.
Key responsibilities
- Private M&A and strategic investments
- Private equity transactions
- Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
- Sovereign and institutional investments
- Cross‑border transactions and corporate restructurings
- Due diligence and transaction documentation
Required profile
- Trained with a top‑tier corporate practice, preferably in the UAE or with Middle‑East experience
- Experience from a Magic/Silver Circle/US firm with a strong Corporate/M&A seat
