Junior Financial Services Regulatory Associate – Dubai

About the role

A leading international law firm is hiring a junior Financial Services Regulatory Associate for its Dubai practice, offering exposure to payments, fintech, crypto and digital assets regulation across the UAE and the wider Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on payments and payment services, including processing, wallets and cross‑border structures.
• Support fintech regulation, platform structuring, market entry and regulatory strategy.
• Handle crypto and digital‑asset matters such as tokenisation, exchanges, custodians and stablecoins.
• Assist with broader financial services regulation, licensing, authorisation and compliance before UAE regulators.
• Work on cross‑border regulatory issues involving international frameworks.

Required profile

• Qualified NQ (expected September 2026) with experience in financial regulatory work at a top law firm or a strong financial services/fintech environment.
• Exposure to payments, fintech or crypto/digital‑asset projects is highly relevant.
