Corporate Paralegal

About the role

We are partnering with a leading organisation in Dubai to hire a Corporate Paralegal. The role supports company formation, corporate restructuring, legal documentation and regulatory compliance in a fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with experienced legal and business professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on corporate structures and company formation requirements for UAE entities.
• Review, assess, and support company formation and restructuring transactions.
• Draft, review, and amend legal documents, commercial agreements, contracts, notices, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on UAE corporate laws, company regulations, and employment legislation.
• Perform due diligence on legal documentation and corporate transactions.
• Support internal stakeholders by providing legal guidance across various business functions.
• Assist with strategic and operational projects within the department.
• Review transaction quality, resolve escalated cases, and identify process improvements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and contribute to continuous operational enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (mandatory).
• 2‑4 years of experience in a Corporate Paralegal or similar legal role.
• Previous experience in business setup, company formation, corporate services, or free‑zone industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate law and company formation procedures.
• Experience drafting legal documents, contracts, and conducting legal due diligence.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
