Corporate Sales Manager – Luxury Retail (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager will lead business growth for a luxury retail portfolio in Abu Dhabi, focusing on acquiring and managing corporate clients. The role requires fluency in Arabic and a deep understanding of the premium lifestyle market. You will be responsible for delivering sales targets while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and acquire new corporate accounts through networking, referrals, cold calling and other channels.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective corporate accounts and present the brand portfolio to decision‑makers.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and service agreements in line with company policies.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of corporate/B2B sales experience in luxury products, watches, jewellery or premium lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high‑value accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
