Sales Executive – Financial Markets

About the role

FXEM is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join its Dubai team and drive growth in the fast‑paced financial markets sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships and representing the brand on social media.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the financial markets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Act as an FXEM ambassador on social media platforms.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in financial markets.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Current residence in Dubai with a valid UAE residency visa.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with sales management tools.
