Corporate Services Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to lead our corporate services operations in Dubai. You will be the primary point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients, overseeing company formation, compliance, and ongoing administration from onboarding through renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage UAE Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore company formation projects.
• Coordinate client onboarding, KYC and compliance procedures.
• Oversee licence and visa renewals, corporate tax, VAT and other regulatory requirements.
• Handle corporate and personal banking applications and liaise with banks, free zones, government authorities and professional advisors.
• Maintain strong client relationships and monitor invoice payments and renewals.
• Prepare engagement letters, quotations and client documentation while keeping CRM records up to date.
• Support other AG MENA divisions (Citizenship & Residency, Private Client, Corporate Services) and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE corporate services, business setup, legal, banking or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation and corporate compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organisational and detail‑oriented skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
