Corporate Tax Director – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Director to lead and expand our Corporate Tax Advisory practice in Dubai. The role blends deep technical tax knowledge with client leadership, business development, and team management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UAE Corporate Tax and International Tax Advisory engagements.
• Advise clients on corporate tax, transfer pricing, tax structuring, and transaction matters.
• Manage relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Tax Heads and other senior stakeholders.
• Drive practice growth through business development, proposals and client relationship management.
• Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing corporate tax team.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of tax advisory engagements.
• Contribute to practice revenue, profitability and overall P&L performance.
• Stay updated on UAE corporate tax legislation, FTA guidance, transfer pricing and GCC tax developments.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in corporate tax and international tax, with strong UAE/Dubai market exposure.
• Proven ability to manage complex engagements and senior client relationships.
• Experience in business development and practice growth; practice or service‑line management experience is a plus.
• Strong commercial, leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Background in a Big 4, leading professional services firm or established tax advisory practice.
• Relevant professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, CPA or equivalent) preferred.
