About the role
The Costing Manager will be based in Dubai, working within a leading printing company that enjoys a strong regional reputation. Reporting to the CFO and collaborating closely with the senior leadership team, the role involves shaping costing strategies and presenting insights directly to the Board.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate activities with the Standard Costing team.
- Undertake product costing, allocation and simulation exercises.
- Manage full inventory control across the manufacturing site.
- Conduct variance analysis, including purchase price variance and waste.
- Work with Accounts Payable on supplier set‑up and related processes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate costing data.
- Present costing strategies and results to the Board.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a factory environment with hands‑on inventory and product costing.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to senior executives.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience presenting to boards or senior leadership.
