Creative Director

About the role

The Creative Director reports to the Chief Storyteller and will set the creative standard for Disrupt.com and its venture portfolio. This role shapes categories, leads the full creative function across multiple startups, and leverages AI to amplify output.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the creative vision for Disrupt.com and all portfolio ventures.
• Produce all creative output, including brand, performance marketing, product launches, PR moments, and venture storytelling.
• Translate complex technology products into emotionally resonant, commercially effective narratives.
• Partner with GTM, growth, product, and founder teams to align creative direction with revenue goals.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performance in‑house creative team.
• Integrate AI tools and workflows to increase output without sacrificing quality.
• Present creative strategy and work to senior leadership and venture founders.
• Drive creative experimentation while maintaining brand consistency.

Required profile

• 10+ years leading creative for technology, SaaS, AI, Web3 or high‑growth startups.
• Proven experience scaling in‑house creative teams in fast‑output environments.
• Strong storytelling, narrative development, and category framing abilities.
• Executive presence with the ability to present and defend creative decisions.
• Commercial acumen linking creative work to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working directly with founders in B2B or startup ecosystems.

• Deep understanding of digital platforms and social media ecosystems.
