About the role
We are seeking a Creative Senior Designer to lead brand‑focused design projects across print, digital, retail and motion. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to shape compelling visual identities and storytelling.
Key responsibilities
- Conceptualise, design and art‑direct brand identity systems and visual assets.
- Develop and deliver high‑quality designs for print, web, retail environments and motion graphics.
- Lead creative projects from initial concept through to final production, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Mentor junior designers and foster collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Maintain a high level of craft, typography and overall execution quality.
Required profile
- 8–10 years of experience in branding, design studios or in‑house creative teams.
- Proven ability to lead and shape creative work from concept to delivery.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with refined craft and typography skills.
- Experience mentoring designers and working with multidisciplinary teams.
