Credit & Collection & Customer Relations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Credit & Collection & Customer Relations Executive to join our Finance team in Dubai. The role involves managing customer accounts, following up on overdue invoices, maintaining accurate records and delivering professional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers to follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
• Conduct collection calls, explain payment terms, approved channels and any applicable penalties.
• Maintain up-to-date customer statements and monitor payment status.
• Proactively pursue payments to meet collection targets and escalate problematic accounts to management.
• Record all collection activities and customer commitments accurately.
• Support sales and administrative tasks related to customer accounts.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in collections, credit management or customer relationship functions.
• Experience in sales support or customer service is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard office software for data entry and reporting.
