Credit Controller

About the role

Spider Plus Construction Equipment Trading LLC is seeking a Credit Controller to join its Finance team in Dubai. The role is responsible for managing customer credit limits, driving collections, and monitoring accounts receivable to ensure healthy cash flow across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer credit limits and monitor credit exposure.
• Track accounts receivable ageing, DSO, and overdue balances.
• Drive collections and secure payment commitments from customers.
• Handle high‑value and high‑risk customer accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and customers on payment matters.
• Prepare collection forecasts and management reports.
• Support account reconciliation and dispute resolution.
• Escalate long‑outstanding accounts when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of GCC experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or collections.
• Experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or equipment trading is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence (compulsory).

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of credit control, collections, and DSO management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems.
