CRM & Growth Marketing Executive

About the role

Zofeur is looking for a CRM Executive focused on Growth & Marketing to drive customer engagement across its on‑demand chauffeur app and Zofeur Black subscription service. You will design and execute data‑driven campaigns that guide users through onboarding, retention, reactivation and subscription renewal journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Execute onboarding campaigns to help new users complete their first ride.
• Run retention and engagement campaigns to increase ride frequency.
• Launch reactivation campaigns targeting inactive or low‑usage users.
• Manage lifecycle communications for Zofeur Black subscribers, including renewal messaging.
• Deliver CRM campaigns via push notifications, in‑app messages, WhatsApp, SMS and email.
• Set up, schedule and monitor campaigns using CRM and engagement platforms.
• Build and maintain customer segments based on behavioural and usage data.
• Support A/B testing of messaging, timing and creative assets.
• Prepare basic performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to ensure accurate campaign execution.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or marketing execution, preferably in a B2C or app‑based environment.
• Hands‑on experience running multi‑channel campaigns (push, in‑app, WhatsApp, SMS, email).
• Proven ability to build and manage customer segments using behavioural data.
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined campaign QA.
• Ability to interpret performance data and produce clear reports.
