CRM Manager & Revenue Operations

About the role

Interpolitan Money is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Revenue Operations Manager to own and scale HubSpot as the commercial engine across the UK, UAE, India and Canada. You will be the internal HubSpot expert, building a fully configured, scalable infrastructure that connects Marketing, Sales and Client Services.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end HubSpot configuration across Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations hubs, including complex workflows, automations and lead‑scoring models.
• Develop custom properties, objects and data architecture to support multi‑market operations and ensure data hygiene, deduplication and governance.
• Design and optimise automated prospecting, nurture and client communication campaigns, including email, call and social integrations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on lead generation, pipeline contribution, revenue attribution and campaign ROI.
• Support go‑to‑market launches by configuring CRM infrastructure, tracking, attribution and compliance with FCA and GDPR requirements.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations or CRM with a strong commercial mindset.
• 4+ years of hands‑on HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub and Sales Hub required; Operations Hub a plus).
• Proven ability to design scalable CRM architecture, lead lifecycle frameworks and attribution models.
• Valid UAE work authorization.
