CRM & Retention Manager

About the role

AW Connect is looking for a CRM & Retention Manager to lead customer engagement and retention for a sportswear and lifestyle brand across France and international markets. You will use Klaviyo to build automated journeys, deliver campaigns and grow repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Own the CRM calendar for newsletters, launches, seasonal campaigns and sales events.
• Build and optimise Klaviyo flows such as welcome, abandoned‑cart, browse, post‑purchase, win‑back and back‑in‑stock.
• Develop customer segments based on purchase behaviour, value, category and country.
• Run A/B tests on content, subject lines, timing and offers, and track CRM revenue contribution, engagement and CLV.
• Coordinate activities with merchandising, content and paid media teams and use generative AI for content testing and segmentation.

Required profile

• At least three years of CRM, email marketing or retention experience within B2C e‑commerce.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven record of improving campaign or retention performance.
• Practical experience using generative AI in marketing workflows.
• Experience with Shopify, international e‑commerce, fashion or sportswear, basic HTML and GDPR compliance is a plus.
