Crypto Recruiter – Full‑time in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Crypto Recruiter to join our fast‑growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on end‑to‑end talent acquisition for crypto, blockchain and fintech positions, supporting a dynamic, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for crypto, blockchain and fintech roles across functions such as compliance, marketing, operations and HR.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define role requirements, team structures and hiring priorities.
• Source and engage high‑quality candidates from the global crypto and fintech ecosystem.
• Conduct initial screenings, evaluate cultural fit and assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and high‑demand positions.
• Oversee offer negotiations, coordinate onboarding and ensure a smooth hiring process with fast turnaround times.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience within crypto and/or fintech industries.
• Proven track record hiring for crypto‑related roles (exchanges, blockchain projects, Web3 companies, fintech platforms).
• Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem, key role types and talent landscape.
• Based in Dubai, able to work onsite and join immediately or within two weeks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
