Customer Engagement Specialist – Arabic Speaking

About the role

Breitbach Brau is looking for a bilingual Customer Engagement Specialist to join its Brau Customer Engagement Team. The role focuses on delivering premium service across multiple digital channels and ensuring a seamless experience for our luxury‑beauty clientele in the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all inbound communications (WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, emails, online bookings).
• Develop and continuously improve customer engagement scripts.
• Respond to enquiries while maintaining the high standards set by the team.
• Facilitate complaint resolution with professionalism and calmness.
• Optimize and manage the salon schedule.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a contact‑center or customer‑service role for a luxury brand, or experience in luxury beauty, hospitality, or medical environments.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (verbal and written).
• Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and its treatments is preferred.
