About the role
The Customer Engagement Specialist will be the primary point of contact for Brau’s clients across multiple communication channels. You will ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to exceptional service and luxury beauty standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all inbound communications (WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, emails, online bookings).
- Develop and continuously improve customer engagement scripts.
- Respond to inquiries while maintaining the team’s high service standards.
- Facilitate complaint resolution with professionalism and calmness.
- Optimize the salon schedule to maximize efficiency.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a contact‑center or customer‑service role for a luxury brand.
- Experience in the beauty, hospitality, or medical environment is a plus.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build trust‑based relationships and handle conflict professionally.
