About the role

The Customer Engagement Specialist will be the primary point of contact for Brau’s clients across multiple communication channels. You will ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to exceptional service and luxury beauty standards.

Key responsibilities

Manage all inbound communications (WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, emails, online bookings).
Develop and continuously improve customer engagement scripts.
Respond to inquiries while maintaining the team’s high service standards.
Facilitate complaint resolution with professionalism and calmness.
Optimize the salon schedule to maximize efficiency.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in a contact‑center or customer‑service role for a luxury brand.
Experience in the beauty, hospitality, or medical environment is a plus.
Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build trust‑based relationships and handle conflict professionally.
